By accessing and using Hytale Cosmetics ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Platform.

Hytale Cosmetics is a community platform that allows users to:

• Discover and browse cosmetics for Hytale
• Upload and share their own cosmetic creations
• Manage personal cosmetic collections
• Interact with other community members
• Use the Hytale Cosmetics mod (when available)

Hytale Cosmetics is NOT owned by or affiliated with Hypixel Studios or Hytale.

3.1 Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

4.1 Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the cosmetics and content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

4.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You agree that your content:

• Does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Does not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Does not contain viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Complies with community guidelines

4.3 Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

The Platform and its original content (excluding user-uploaded content), features, and functionality are owned by Hytale Cosmetics and are protected by international copyright laws.

Hytale and all related assets are property of Hypixel Studios. This platform is an unofficial fan project.

It is prohibited to:

• Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Platform
• Interfere with the Platform's operation
• Upload malicious content or spam
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
• Scrape or use bots without authorization
• Commercialize content without the original creator's permission

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be available uninterrupted
• Errors will be corrected
• The Platform will be free of viruses or other harmful components
• Results from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable

We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

These terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to their conflict of law provisions.
